According to the CSPD arrest report, the day after the holdup, detectives were told the officer recognized the suspect from surveillance video.
That contributed to Wednesday’s arrest (December 18) of 17 year old Kamron Lewis of College Station.
He is accused of pressing a gun into the back of an employee outside The Cookshack restaurant, demanding her property, then firing one shot into the air.
Lewis remains jailed as of December 19th in lieu of a $200,000 dollar bond.
