Bryan Police have arrested a local man, accused of using their cell phone camera to take pictures of a woman using a tanning bed at a local fitness facility.
Officer Jon Agnew says 29 year old Christopher Simpson was caught last month by other customers, who in turn notified management, who in turn escorted the suspect out of the building.
Simpson, who is charged with improper photography, is out of jail after posting a $25,000 dollar bond.
