College Station police identity a suspect being sought for an aggravated sexual assault of a 15 year old girl last Thursday.

Shortly after issuing a social media request to find the man, CSPD announce he is taken into custody

18 year old Davion Mitchell of College Station eluded officers when two other suspects were caught near the Lincoln Recreation Center.

Mitchell and 18 year olds Jaylon Jones and Derrick Burleson Jr. of Bryan are accused of breaking into an apartment and attacking the teen at gunpoint.

When the victim’s father came home, he discovered the men and his daughter in the living room with none of them wearing clothes.

According to a CSPD tweet, Brazos County Crime Stoppers offered a $1,000 reward.

Jones and Burleson remain in jail on the new charges as well as a September armed robbery in College Station.

Original story:

Two 18 year old men from Bryan are back in jail after they were arrested on charges of breaking into a College Station home and sexually assaulting a 15 year old at gunpoint.

Bonds on new charges and in other cases total $684,000 dollars for Derrick Burleson, Jr. and $728,000 for Jaylon Jones.

According to the College Station police arrest report, the victim’s father walked in the residence finding three men wearing no pants and his daughter with no clothes and lying on the living room sofa.

All three men ran out of the apartment, but were found a short time later by officers at the Lincoln Recreation Center.

Officers caught Burleson and Jones, but not the third man.

Burleson and Jones were out on bond following their arrests for an armed robbery on September 2 in the parking lot of a College Station apartment complex.

According to online court records, Jones was on probation after pleading guilty earlier this year to evading arrest and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Jones is also awaiting trial on a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm.

Burleson is awaiting trial on a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge.
