For the second time in as many weeks, a Texas A&M off campus fraternity is in trouble with local law enforcement.

Thursday night (September 25), College Station police responded twice to a report of a loud party that CSPD arrest reports say was hosted by the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.

The arrest reports say the first time officers met two 20 year old men, they were warned if officers returned they would be arrested.

Officers returned three hours later on another complaint. That led to the arrests of Dax Murphy and Nikolas Dpulos of College Station for disorderly conduct. Jail records show personal recognizance bonds were set for both men.

Last Friday (September 19), Texas A&M police and the Brazos County sheriff’s office announced an investigation of pledges being hazed at the Kappa Sigma fraternity.

And Thursday night’s arrest was the second consecutive day that local law enforcement responded to a loud party and made an arrest. On Wednesday night (September 24), Bryan police arrested a man who was playing the music on a charge of giving officers a fake name. The BPD arrest report said the crowd at that party was estimated at 150 youthful looking people consuming alcohol.
