
The Texas A&M University System Board of Regents has been told more state funding for higher education is not a legislative priority.
That’s not a surprise to system lobbyist Stanton Calvert. But among the concerns is financial aid, which Calvert says was a priority by the House Appropriations Committee Chairman.
