Air Rifle Fired Outside Post Oak Mall

There was gunfire heard outside Post Oak Mall Saturday afternoon.

College Station Police arrested a man accused of using an air rifle to shatter a window above the entrance to the J.C. Penney store.

A witness said shots were also fired at a parked car and other unidentified targets in the parking lot.

A mall official told police the cost of replacing the window was $3,000 dollars.

20 year old Julio Rodriguez of Bryan was taken to jail for criminal mischief and possessing marijuana and alcohol as a minor.
