A San Antonio man is accused of pulling a gun on a couple in College Station’s Northgate district at one in the morning last Thursday.

According to the College Station police arrest report, an officer reviewing video surveillance showed one of the victims approaching the suspect’s car. Then the victim raised his hands and slowly backed away from the car.

Both victims told officers the man pulled out a handgun. One of the victims said the man told them…quoting the arrest report…”you better think twice about who you’re threatening.”

49 year old Jose Ramon Garcia told officers he had a gun. But he denied pointing or displaying it with the intent to cause alarm.

Garcia said he told a college aged kid who was yelling and screaming at him to back away and leave him alone.

Garcia is out of jail after posting bonds totaling $20,000 dollars following his arrest for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
