Aggies jump a spot in both polls

The Aggie football team jumped one spot in both the AP and the Coaches polls after week one. Oregon’s loss to LSU drops the Ducks from 3rd to 13 on the AP poll and to 14th on the coaches list.

Oklahoma is still tops on both polls, but LSU leap frogged Alabama to second by the AP voters. Bama is still No. 2 by the coaches, followed by the Crimson Tide. Florida State and Boise State are 4th and 5th on the AP list. The rest of the AP top 10 are Stanford, A&M, Wisconsin, Oklahoma State and Nebraska. Arkansas is 14th, and Baylor got into the top 25, 20th on AP and just out of the coaches list. TCU dropped to 25 in both polls.
