Three people were taken to the hospital following a crash Tuesday afternoon near Easterwood Airport.
College Station police officers were told a car going north on FM 2818 and making a left turn to the FM 60 on-ramp when it was struck by a southbound car.
The driver of the northbound car was transported with life threatening injuries, and the driver and a passenger in the southbound car sustained non-life threatening injuries.
Traffic was diverted for about 75 minutes following the crash, which was reported Tuesday afternoon at 4:38 p.m.
The driver was ticketed for failing to yield the right of way while making a left turn.
