Bryan school district officials will try again to sell the former Carver school building and vacant land off of West Martin Luther King Junior Drive.
Board of Trustees president Doug Wunneburger says the proposed buyer backed out following a misunderstanding on the price.
Wunneburger is optimistic the property will be sold.
The building was supposed to be converted to a community center and five acres adjacent to the building was supposed to be turned into new homes.
