A man was arrested for DWI after police say his alcohol concentration was more than twice the legal limit. College Station Police responded to Hungry Howie’s in the 100 block of Southwest Parkway on Tuesday after employees said an intoxicated man was attempting to find his car keys and drive away. 46-year-old Scott Donovan Hanna was found stumbling, with a strong odor of alcohol, and a can of beer on the roof of his car. Hanna failed a field sobriety test. His breathalyzer tests registered concentrations of 0.202 and 0.203. During the arrest, police found a THC vape inside his vehicle. Hanna was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Penalty Group 2, under 1 gram) and DWI with an Alcohol Concentration of 0.15 or Higher. He was released on $13,000 bond.
