The Bryan Police Department announced today that skeletal remains were uncovered in the 5900 block of Jones Road. They say a surveying crew working on the property located the remains near what appears to be a homeless encampment. The condition of the remains does not allow for the identification of the decedent’s sex. The scene is actively being searched for evidence that may lead to identification. This investigation is currently active and ongoing at this time.
