It will be up to a grand jury to decide whether a College Station woman goes to trial for a hit and run last weekend in the Northgate district that injured two pedestrians.
Officer Rhonda Seaton says an arrest was made Tuesday. 22 year old Morgan Head is accused of two counts of failing to render aid at an accident involving injuries.
Two victims sustained non-life threatening injuries when they walked into the outside lane of University and were struck by a passing pickup.
Detectives say Head told them she hit something because she lost her mirror but didn’t believe she struck a person.
Rhonda Seaton visits with WTAW’s Bill Oliver.
