Aggie Soccer Unveils 2026 SEC Slate

The Texas A&M soccer team announced a challenging 2026 SEC slate, featuring five matches at Ellis Field.

The Aggies open their 15th SEC campaign and the first under new head coach Bobby Shuttleworth with a pair of road matches. They travel to Kentucky Friday, Sept. 11 and Vanderbilt the following Friday.

Texas A&M’s SEC home opener Thursday, Sept. 24 when the Maroon & White host Alabama. That weekend wraps up with a Sunday home match against Florida.

The Aggies also have league home tilts against South Carolina (Oct. 15), LSU (Oct. 18) and Ole Miss (Nov. 1).

Texas A&M travels for SEC matches at Georgia (Oct. 2), Mississippi State (Oct. 9) and Missouri (Oct. 23).

This season, the Aggies will not square off in the regular season against Arkansas, Auburn, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas.

The Aggies’ conference schedule includes seven of the top nine teams from the 2025 standings. Seven of the SEC opponents finished in the top 50 of the RPI last year.

The Maroon & White open the 2026 campaign with three road matches, heading to Rice (Aug. 12), Baylor (Aug. 16) and Texas State (Aug. 19). The home opener is Saturday, Aug. 22 against Sam Houston.

The 17 opponents on Texas A&M’s schedule combined for a .615 winning percentage in 2024. Fourteen of the teams posted a winning record, including 11 with double-digit victory tallies. The slate also features six teams from the Lone Star State

Texas A&M warms up for the 2026 season with two exhibition matches. The Aggies host Incarnate Word on Wednesday, Aug. 5 and travel to Austin for an Aug. 8 tune-up against Texas.
