Texas A&M Women’s Golfer Cernousek Earns LPGA Tour Card

MOBILE, Ala. – Texas A&M great Adela Cernousek finished tied for 13th to earn her 2025 LPGA Tour Card at the Final Qualifying Stage at the 2024 LPGA Q-Series Tuesday.
The reigning NCAA Individual Champion shot an 11-under 347 to finish inside the top 25 to earn the LPGA tour status for the 2025 season. The Antibes, France, native shot 7-under 65 and 5-under 66 in rounds three and four, respectively, to help propel her above the final cut. Cernousek shot a 2-under 70 in the final round to clinch her position.
The 2025 season begins at the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions Jan. 30-Feb. 2 in Orlando at the Lake Nona Golf & Country Club.
Fellow Aggies Blanca Fernández García-Poggio, Hailee Cooper and Maddie Szeryk all made the first cut at the Final Qualifying Stage but were unable to crack the top 25 in the final round. The trio of Aggies will start the 2025 Epson Tour season with Category C status.
The tournament was 90 holes of competition where two rounds were played at RTJ Magnolia Grove Falls Course and three rounds at the RTJ Magnolia Grove Crossings Course. The final 18 was split over Monday and Tuesday due to poor weather conditions that impacted the playability of the course.
