The January 9th fire that destroyed Court’s Saddlery at 23rd and Main in downtown Bryan remains under investigation.
Fire Marshal William Bouse says they have worked with the owners on the investigation and inspecting temporary quarters for the long-time business.
Bouse says the fire investigation was hampered by multiple remodelings of the structure.
William Bouse visits with WTAW’s Bill Oliver.
Information from the Court’s website indicates they have orders to produce once they’re operational in their temporary home.
The owners are looking for any old Court’s and Bryan Leather catalogs and other memorabilia. The fire destroyed all records as well as inventory and equipment.
