A College Station man who five years ago admitted to a robbery that took place in 2015 is headed to prison.

That’s after 26 year old Michael Logan Brown admitted this week to violating conditions of his probation.

According to Brazos County district court documents, those violations included failing to submit for drug and alcohol testing 23 times over a 13 month period, driving without a valid license, and giving a false name to a College Station police officer.

On Wednesday, Brown was ordered to serve two years of what was an original sentence of ten years in prison.
