DWI Arrests Of A Driver Arrested For The Second Time This Month And Two Men With Two Prior Convictions

For the second time in three weeks, a College Station man is out of jail following a drunk driving arrest. According to online records, 20 year old Mark Wagner was arrested June 1 by Texas A&M police. While out on bond, College Station police responded June 23 to several calls of a pickup truck striking the side of an apartment building at the Retreat complex on Jones Butler Road. According to the arrest report, Wagner ran away but was found by an officer a short distance away. Between the two arrests, Wagner is out on bonds totaling $6,000 dollars.

Weekend DWI arrests included two men with two prior drunk driving convictions. One involved a Brazos County sheriff’s deputy stopping a minivan because the license plate light wasn’t working. 58 year old Gary Crawford of Bryan was also arrested on a warrant for a felony theft that took place last July. Crawford, who is in the Brazos County jail for the 39th time since March 1990, is held on bonds totaling $13,000 dollars.

And Bryan police stopped a pickup truck after backing out of a parking space in front of a patrol vehicle, then making a right turn without signaling, and later failing to stop at a stop sign. 44 year old Jesus Figueroa of Bryan remains in jail on the DWI charge and a hold for immigration authorities.
