College Station School Board Receives Four Options To Change High School Boundaries

The College Station school board received four options to redraw high school boundaries.

Wednesday’s workshop was the first step to decrease an overcapacity issue at College Station High School and address the under utilization of Consolidated High School.

Additionally, the board wants to reduce the 14 percent difference of low income students between the campuses.

The CSISD website has detailed information about the four options, including maps indicating which campus by location.

Administrators have also projected campus populations in future years and the possible dates for bond elections to build an addition at CSHS and CSISD’s third high school.

Public input will be received by the CSISD board next Monday, April 2, starting at 5:30 p.m.
