Brazos County Primary Voting Reminder To Look For All Candidates On The Ballot

Brazos County voters are reminded to take additional time to make sure they vote for the candidate of their choice.

Elections administrator Trudy Hancock says there are so many Republicans running for CD-17 and so many Democrats running for president, that not all the names are initially displayed on the computer screen.

In those cases, use the orange scroll button to move that ballot page.

Hancock says the voting machines give voters a final chance to review ballots before submitting final decisions.

Voters with any questions can ask election workers before casting their final ballot.

Hancock says ballot formats can not be changed to accommodate showing a long list of names without scrolling.

Early voting in Brazos County continues at five voting centers through Friday from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.
