HOUSTON (AP) _ Receivers Joe Adams and Alec Lemon are among nine players released by the Houston Texans yesterday. The Texans also placed offensive tackle David Quessenberry on the reserve/non-football illness list as he battles lymphoma. Houston waived William Powell, Sam Longo, David Hunter, Austin Brown, Terrance Lloyd and Lawrence Sidbury and Junior Mertile.
