Viewers to newscasts on KBTX have started seeing anchor changes.
General Manager Mike Wright says Meredith Stancik is leaving the evening newscasts the week of Thanksgiving for full time motherhood. Wright says Stancik will join Barbara Smith and Crystal Galny as fill-in anchors.
And there’s been an internal promotion for the next co-anchor of Brazos Valley This Morning following Michael Oder’s move to Birmingham, Alabama. Wright says reporter Kessler McLaughlin starts his new assignment in a week or two.
