The Dream Works Conference

Join the Lincoln Recreation Center on Saturday, Jan. 17 from 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. for a community-wide, conference focused on character, leadership and personal development.

This is also an opportunity to celebrate the legacy and dream of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Materials presented will target teens, young adults and families.

Conference admission is free. Luncheon is $10 per plate.

The Dream Works Conference aims to offer participants:

  • Increase awareness of local opportunities to be involved in civic duties and responsibility
  • Motivation to be more engaged in community activities and volunteerism.
  • Tools for academic improvement and success.
  • Information on employment opportunities in the area.
  • Information on living a healthier lifestyle.
