Bryan Police Take One Into Custody And Search For Two Others Accused Of A Residential Attempted Armed Robbery

Bryan police are looking for two suspects and got a third out of a house, following an attempted armed robbery just before 4 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Palasota and Groesbeck.

BPD reports at least three people…some armed…are accused of going to a home on Flanagan Street and assaulting the homeowner.

Two of the three known suspects ran into the woods and were not found following a search involving multiple agencies.

A third who himself in another home for a little more than seven hours before BPD officers entered the home and took the person into custody. 25 year old Darius Deandre Johnson of Bryan was arrested on two counts of aggravated robbery.

The victim was not injured.

BPD did not release descriptions of the two others being sought.
