College Station Animal Control Looking For A Pit Bull Mix By The Name Of Steve Or Steven That Bit A Young Girl

College Station animal control is looking for a pitbull mix that bit a young girl on Monday.

The victim reported the dog answered to the name of “Steve” or “Steven” by a black man with dreads.

The girl was bit in along the alleyway of the 900 block of Bougainvillea Street, which is south of College Station middle school and Bachmann park.

The male dog was described as a blue with white chest with a long tail, short legs and semi-erect ears.

Animal control reports the dog needs to be located and observed to rule out possible rabies exposure to the victim.

Anyone with information is asked to call College Station police at 979-764-3600.
