Bryan School Board Fills Three Principal Vacancies And Creates Two More Openings

Three principal vacancies were filled at Monday night’s Bryan school board meeting.

Two of the three positions were the result of moving principals from other Bryan ISD campuses.

The new principal at Mary Catherine Harris alternative school is Karen Kaspar, who has been at Branch elementary the last five years and before that spent 12 years at Mitchell.

Moving to Rayburn intermediate is Becky Ryberg, who is finishing her third year as Fannin elementary’s principal.

And the interim at Johnson elementary, Amy Thomman, will take over on a permanent basis.
