College Station Police Announce Six Arrests From Three Drug Searches In Six Days

Six people were arrested by College Station police on various drug charges following the searches of two homes and a motel room during a six day period.

CSPD reported seizing an undisclosed amount of cash and almost $20,000 dollars of drugs.

Two arrests were related to a search of a home on Hawk Tree Drive, north of Southwood Valley elementary school. Officers found more than 850 ecstasy tablets valued at more than $4,000 dollars, along with a handgun. According to the arrest report, the ecstasy was purchased in New Orleans then transported to College Station. Arrested were 30 year old Mark Kendrick Morris and 30 year old Ashley Monique White of College Station.

One of those arrested has been booked in the Brazos County jail 20 times since May of 2003. And he’s out of jail on his eighth bond in the last two and half years. 40 year old Nicholas Lamarque Pratt is awaiting seven trials in Brazos County district court. Six are on misdemeanor charges and the seventh is a traffic case. Pratt’s latest arrest accuses him of cooking crack cocaine and ecstasy in his motel room. According to the CSPD arrest report, Pratt was seen driving and he was stopped for driving with an invalid license with prior convictions. When Pratt was searched, officers found $4,000 dollars of crack cocaine in his underwear. That led to a search of Pratt’s room at the America’s Best Value motel, where officers found materials used to make the drugs.

Three arrests were related to a search of a home on Cain Road near Holleman. The street value of the drugs was estimated at $11,000 dollars. The list of what was seized included methamphetamine, various forms of marijuana, psychedelic mushrooms, LSD, ecstasy, Xanax, Adderall, Oxycodone, and cocaine. Officers also recovered unidentified stolen property. Arrested were 19 year old Joseph James Wise and 27 year old Trevor Jordan Smith of College Station and 18 year old Haley Rene Haferkamp of Bryan.
