Saturday night traffic at Holleman and George Bush East was stopped by a motorist who was in the street acting erratically.

According to the arrest report from College Station police, multiple calls were received that a man was doing “weird stuff” like yoga and dancing.

The man drove away before officers arrived, but he stopped a short time later on Holleman near Texas, again backing up traffic.

The officer believed the driver was under the influence of P-C-P.

37 year old Albert Foster of Houston was arrested for DWI with one prior conviction, possessing cigarettes dipped in P-C-P, resisting arrest by refusing to get out of his car, and driving with an invalid license with prior convictions.
