Marshalls will be opening this September in nearly 24,000 square feet of space formerly occupied by Hastings.

And American Freight will open by August 1 in almost 27,000 square feet next to Gold’s Gym.

News release from the owner of the Tejas Center, Culpepper Realty Company:

Culpepper Realty Company is happy to announce the addition of two new retail businesses to the Bryan Texas Marketplace.

These two national retailers will be entering the Tejas Center, located at the intersection of Texas Avenue and Villa Maria Road in Bryan.

American Freight is planning to open their doors by August 1st of this year, in time for the new school year. American Freight strives to sell quality furniture and mattresses at everday low-prices while providing excellent customer service. Offering well known brand names at closeout prices has allowed American Freight to grow to over 150 stores since 1993. American Freight will be moving into almost 27,000 square feet next to the Gold’s GYM.

The Tejas Center is excited to add 50,000 square feet of new retail offerings to the Brazos Valley.

Both American Freight and Marshalls provide a wide variety of quality merchandise at affordable prices.
