United Way Of The Brazos Valley Update

United Way of the Brazos Valley president Alison Prince and grant review team leader Sara Mendez visits with WTAW’s Bill Oliver about the process for selecting grant recipients for the next two year cycle.

And there is an invitation to apply for FEMA grant money administered by UWBV under the emergency food and shelter program (EFSP).

According to the UWBV website, these counties have been chosen to receive the following award amounts to supplement emergency food and shelter programs:

Brazos – $70,945.00

Grimes – $13,775.00

Leon – $8,151.00

Robertson – $7,034.00
