Texas A&M Corps Of Cadets To Conduct Military Review In Honor Of Veterans

Two weeks ago, the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets marched through west campus before the Aggie football game for the first time ever.

This Saturday, they will conduct their annual Military Review to honor military veterans on Veterans Day.

Colonel Byron Stebbins said the Corps will step-off from the Quad at 3:50 p.m. and form for the review on Simpson Drill Field, located on the north side of the Memorial Student Center. The review is expected to finish around 5:15 p.m.

From Texas A&M Corps of Cadets:

COLLEGE STATION, Nov. 8, 2017 – The Texas A&M University Corps of Cadets will conduct its annual Military Review on O.R. Simpson Drill Field at 4:20 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 11 to honor military veterans on Veterans Day prior to kickoff of the Texas A&M vs. New Mexico football game at Kyle Field.

The Corps will step-off from the Quad at 3:50 p.m. and form for the review on O.R. Simpson Drill Field, which is located on the north side of the Memorial Student Center. The Corps of Cadets from Texas A&M-Galveston will also participate in the review on Saturday. The review is expected to conclude at approximately 5:15 p.m.

Major General John C. Thomson III, Deputy Commanding General, III Corps, at Fort Hood, Texas will be the Reviewing Officer for this year’s review.

Officials encourage all veterans to attend this Saturday’s Review on Simpson Drill Field as the Corps of Cadets conducts their annual Pass in Review to honor all those who have served in the U.S. military.
