Multiple Probation Violations Result in PrisonNews Friday, March 7th, 2014 Two residential burglaries that happened almost six years ago in College Station now means ten years in prison for a Pearland man.
The punishment was handed down in Brazos County District Dourt Friday following multiple probation violations commited by Kyle Lawson.
The last straw, according to the district attorney’s office, was Lawson telling a judge in December he would report to the probation office but instead disappeared.
Before that, prosecutors say Lawson repeatedly tested positive for marijuana and alcohol, refused to report to required meetings, and did not attend an inpatient treatment facility.
