A College Station man told police he was a large scale distributor of high grade marijuana.

20 year old Thomas Brymer was arrested for possession and money laundering.

Detectives on Thursday seized from Brymer’s home on Fraternity Row, 3.5 pounds of marijuana, a handgun, $6,327 in cash, and records of bank deposits of $15,500 made earlier in the week.

According to the arrest report, much of the marijuana was packaged for sale by smaller dealers and Brymer said the cash deposits were the proceeds of the drug sales.

Lt. Chuck Fleeger says the estimated street value of the marijuana was $16,800.
