Three Northgate Projects on CS Council AgendaFeatured Stories, News Thursday, July 25th, 2013
Thursday’s College Station city council meeting addressed three items involving the Northgate district.
Mayor Nancy Berry says city staff and businessowners have come up with another location for short-term delivery parking. The council unanimously approved the change, allowing a loading zone at the back end of the Promenade between 7 and 11 a.m.
The council also heard about free parking at the Promenade over lunch hours, offset by returning rates at other locations to full price. The new rates are expected to be implemented by August 19.
And a rezoning request was approved to allow microbreweries and microwineries in Northgate.
