The homeless man arrested for the robbery of Bryan’s First Victoria Bank May 31 has been charged with a second armed robbery from four years ago.

Bryan Police report that 61 year old James Kyle Graham fits images and witness descriptions from an armed robbery committed at the former Bryan Guaranty Bank on South Texas in May of 2009.

Investigators received information from a First Victoria employee who said Graham held her up at gunpoint at Guaranty Bank. And detectives were told about the getaway car Graham used in the first holdup.

Graham remains in the Brazos County Jail, held on bonds totaling $400,000 dollars.
