Former Cy Young Award Winner Webb Retires
Sports Tuesday, February 5th, 2013UNDATED (AP)_Former Cy Young Award winner Brandon Webb has retired due to shoulder problems that have prevented him from pitching in the majors since 2010. Webb was a 22-game winner in 2008, two years after winning the Cy Young Award with a 16-8 record and a 3.10 ERA.
