TCEQ Hearing Wednesday for Proposed Private Landfill

A mailing list 15 pages long has been notified of Wednesday’s meeting in Austin regarding a proposed private landfill west of College Station.

Multiple residents of the Brushy community continue to oppose an expansion at Brazos Valley Recycling.

According to the Brazos Valley Recycling website, the landfill will handle construction and demolition debris they separate from recyclables, saving their company the cost of transporting those materials to another landfill.
