CS Council Issues Proclamations Honoring Johnny Manziel
Featured Stories, News Thursday, January 24th, 2013Thursday’s College Station City Council meeting opened with Mayor Nancy Berry presenting two proclamations honoring the A&M football team and quarterback Johnny Manziel.
Receiving the proclamations were Manziel’s mother Michelle, sister Meri, and A&M Director of Football Operations Gary Reynolds.
