Car Clipped by Train in Bryan

One person was injured after a vehicle was hit by a train Thursday morning in Bryan.

Police say the driver ignored the railroad crossing arms on Groesbeck near Main, and as a result, the car was clipped by a train and knocked into a second car.

The driver of the clipped car was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and issued a citation.

Police say the area has been cleared.
