Applicants Sought for GoalSavers Program

Tripling your money may sound too good to be true. But for low to moderate income families in the Brazos Valley, it’s possible.

The United Way and Community Action Agency have re-launched what is now known as GoalSavers. Participants will receive twice the money they have saved for qualifying expenses.

Tara Lozano administers the grant-funded program.

The money can be applied to first time home purchases, creating and expanding small businesses, and education expenses.

Residents of Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Leon, Madison, Robertson, Waller, and Washington counties can apply.
