It was learned Toliver was wanted in Bastrop County for resisting arrest and she had seven prior theft convictions in Bastrop, Giddings, and LaGrange.
Another woman was arrested after Wal-Mart employees reported she removed bar codes from toys and placed them on a more expensive blender, portable movie player and an X-Box. 30 year old Raquel Fabian of Austin was also held for theft charges from Williamson County.
And a Wal-Mart employee was arrested after leaving the store with 150 dollars of clothing and accessories. Officers say 29 year old Constance Joy Taylor of Bryan also admitted to a second theft from the same store.
