Bryan Council Delays Vote on Proposed Historical District

The Bryan City Council will take another six weeks to consider whether to create a westside historical district.

The proposed area is bordered by 30th on the south, William Joel Bryan on the north, Reed on the west, and Parker on the east.

Mayor Pro Tem Ann Horton wanted time to study comments made during a public hearing Tuesday night.

The council will hold a public workshop before taking a vote February 26th in order to answer questions raised during comments from 15 speakers Tuesday night.
