For the third time in four months and 21 times in 11 years, a College Station man is in the Brazos County Jail.
The latest arrest of 29 year old Karl Rivas was the early morning of Christmas Eve, where is accused of breaking a window to enter an apartment on Manuel between Cornell and Dartmouth.
Police received a call from a neighbor who heard noises at three in the morning.
The officer who responded went to a nearby unit where he found broken glass in an outdoor trash can containing blood along with Rivas, who had a fresh cut on his right hand that was still bleeding, and bloody clothing.
A flat-screen TV that the officer believed was forcibly removed from a wall mount was laying inside the front door of the victim’s apartment.

Wow, “third time in four month” sounds impressive, but 21 times in 11 years? That’s crazy! What will it take to graduate this loser to prison?
