Employee Accused of Stealing $3,511 from CS TJ Maxx

A former employee of a College Station clothing store is accused of taking $3,511.29 of cash, gift cards, and merchandise.
31 year old Lama Kassem was arrested Friday after being caught on store video and seen by a police officer walking out the front door without paying for merchandise.
The arrest report listed 17 transactions during October at TJ Maxx where she was seen taking $2,355.34 in cash, gift cards valued at $849.98, and $138.97 in clothes and shoes.
