		<description><![CDATA[I hope they include a training module on environmental control, and the proper use and care of HEPA-filtered LAFW units, BSC&#039;s, barrier isolators, clean rooms, etc. This should be a basic element for new hires into the industry to have a working knowledge, understanding and familiarity with to ease their transition into the workforce. This would streamline in-house training and elevate the integration of new people into the controlled environments with more success.]]></description>
