7 on 7 Football Leaves B/CS For One Year

The 7 on 7 football tournament, forced off the A&M campus after 15 years due to SEC and NCAA rules, will be in Round Rock next year.
But Holli Conley at the Bryan/College Station Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) says the more than 100 teams featuring top recruits will return in 2014 and play at Veterans Park.
The CVB estimates the economic impact at $900,000 thousand dollars considering the number of teams and an estimated 15,000 spectators.
