Wednesday Morning Traffic Snag on Wellborn

On Wednesday, October 10, 2012, beginning at 6 a.m., Texas A&M University’s contractor will begin a traffic switch operation where traffic will be moved to the west side of Wellborn Road utilizing the newly constructed bridges for southbound Wellborn Road.
This switch will allow the contractor to construct the northbound bridges of Wellborn Road over Old Main. The southbound traffic will be moved first followed by the northbound traffic and the traffic switch should be completed by 10 a.m.
The temporary traffic lane configuration is scheduled to be in place for approximately 6 months.
