CS Council Ends Pursuit of HOA Nature Trail

College Station’s Lick Creek Hike and Bike Trail will not include a nature path through the SpringBrook residential neighborhood.

At its last meeting, the council voted 4-2 against asking the SpringBrook Homeowners Association to reconsider giving an easement to open an unimproved nature trail along Lick Creek.
