More Aggie Accolades & Navasota HS football moves closer to #1

A pair of Aggies received honors from the S.E.C. on Monday. Aggie Jr. Damontre Moore was named S.E.C. CO-Defensive Lineman of the Week by the league yesterday. And, A&M Soccer So. Forward Annie Kunzwas named S.E.C. Offensive Player of the week. That is the second player Coach G. has had win that honor in as many weeks.

Former A&M head hoops coach Billy Gillispie is in hot water for allegedly not following NCAA practice regulations. Texas Tech spokesperson Blayne Beal said Monday that Gillispie is taking sick days and it was not clear how long he will be out. TheTexasnative who is entering his second year as coach of the Red Raiders did not immediately return a call seeking comment.

After crushing Cold Spring 36-8 last week the Navasota Rattlers move to #2 in the AP poll.
