Sports Friday, September 7th, 2012Ten days after the original start date of the 2012 season, the Kevin Sumlin era at Texas A&M will begin at 2:30 p.m. against the Florida Gators this Saturday, at Kyle Field. The Aggies’ original season-opener vs. Louisiana Tech in Shreveport, La., on Aug. 30 was postponed to Oct. 13 due to Hurricane Isaac.
To add to the SEC hype. ESPN College GameDay will be here this Saturday on historic Simpson Drill Field. The weekly College GameDay show begins at 8 a.m. CT on ESPNU, then continues at 9 a.m. CT on ESPN.
